Smores maybe the best camping snack of them all. Actually I’m going to claim it is. Who doesn’t love a smore.
Ingredients
- Chocolate Biscuits
- Mini Marshmallows
Cooking Steps
This can be done over a campfire or BBQ.
- Put a marshmallow onto a skewer and gentle roast over a fire, constantly turning until all side are soft and turning golden brown
- Remove from heat and with one biscuit chocolate side up place the marshmallow on top
- Put another chocolate biscuit on top, with the chocolate facing downwards so the chocolate is touching the marshmallow
- Squeeze gently and pull out the skewer
- Eat
These are a great snack on an evening sat around a campfire and one which can be shared and doesn’t require much prep work. Kids love them and so do big kids.
