To apply Nikwax spray to your tent or other gear, follow these steps:
Start by cleaning your gear to remove any dirt, grime, or other debris. You can use a mild soap or a specialized gear cleaner, such as Nikwax Tech Wash, to clean your gear.
Once your gear is clean and dry, shake the Nikwax spray well and hold the can about 10-12 inches away from the surface of the gear.
Spray the Nikwax evenly over the surface of the gear, making sure to cover all areas of the fabric.
Allow the Nikwax to penetrate the fabric for a few minutes, and then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off any excess spray.
Repeat the process on any other areas of the gear that need treatment.
Once you have applied the Nikwax, allow the gear to air dry completely before using it or storing it.
